I’ve been doing zto for over 8 years. I’m not sure where I came up with the name, but I love this app. I can see how to do all the tracking I need to, and I can also be notified if my tracking has changed.
The idea is simple. You put tracking code on a website you want to track. You can then send links to the tracking code (we call them tracking link) to many different websites. So if a tracking code gets linked to a website, the tracking code gets notified (so it can also be notified when the tracking code becomes invalid).
Tracking codes can be used for a number of purposes. One of my favorite ways is to add tracking codes to any sort of “tracking page” that appears on a website. So I could link to a tracking page on this website that sends me emails every time I change my tracking. So I can set up a tracking page, then link to that tracking page on this website.
This is a great way to track a lot of things on this website. I could also add a tracking code to a “how often do you visit this website” page to track how often I visit the website. Again, the tracking code would get sent so it can also be sent to other tracking pages if they’re linked.
I think this is very clever, and it makes it a little easier for people to understand that zto express tracking also includes tracking a lot of other things on this website, including my own personal information and my browser.
