The point I am trying to make here is that the choice to see or not see the self while driving is one that we make each day. You can choose to be mindful and conscious of your actions, or you can be so distracted by something else that you can’t see your self.

In this case, I would have to say that I would choose to go hands-off. I am not distracted while driving. However, I choose not to see my self while I drive because I don’t want to be distracted. I am not distracted in any other way.

I think it is really important to realize that the choice you make to be mindful or not mindful while driving is not an easy one. It is a choice you consciously make every day, and I think that it is a choice that a great deal of us avoid. It is also a choice that is often misunderstood, as some people are quick to think that we are “totally selfish” if we do not choose to be mindful. However, the fact is, we are not selfish.
