As I mentioned in a previous post, I am in the process of starting a blog, and I hope to have it up and running by summer. My blog will focus on food and self-care, and I will be writing about both the good and the bad of eating well, in a way that is both honest and informative. I also hope to explore the topic of mindfulness, and to share my own experiences and thoughts about the subject.
Like many other bloggers out there, I am a strong proponent of eating well and exercising regularly. I am not a dietitian, but I have a few good tips to share about how to eat well and exercise.
The term “dietitian” is a bit of a misnomer. It’s hard to define what exactly a “dietitian” does, but it is a person who is trained to make eating and exercise part of their daily life. The term “dietitian” also refers to a specific branch of the field of nutrition.
I’ve been a dietitian for over 20 years – it’s a job that I enjoy. It is also my business. I am also a professional trainer and cook.
I am NOT a dietitian. I am a nutritionist who treats both eating and exercise as a part of my daily life. I use a wide variety of nutritional supplements, and I follow the latest research to make sure my diet is optimal for my health.
Many people don’t even realize that I eat and exercise when I’m not a regular eater on the go. I eat meat and dairy while exercising, and exercise when I’m not sitting, eating, or even running. I also don’t like to eat meat and cheese. That’s because I am a regular eater.
Some people might say that I do not eat meat or dairy when its not in my own diet, but I do eat meat and dairy when Im on my diet. They are just more expensive, and I am not going to pay for more cheese when I already have a diet that includes cheese. I am not sure if I would be eating any more cheese if I were on my own diet, but I am aware that I need to eat more meat and dairy to stay healthy.
So in a way its the same thing. We can’t be on our diet when we are a vegetarian or vegan.
I think that if you don’t eat meat or dairy the way you should then you are missing out on a whole lot of advantages, both physical as well as mental. This is because when you don’t eat the way you should you tend to get sick more frequently and the effects of not eating the way you should can be longlasting.
