We’re all aware of the benefits of exercise and the importance of being physically well. But what about the negative effects of stress and anxiety and depression? In this episode, I’ll share my personal story of overcoming these debilitating issues. I explore the different symptoms associated with each and how they impact your daily life. I also discuss the different ways we can address stress.

I’m sure you’ve heard the cliché “everything in moderation” before, but it’s especially important to the health of our soul. The effects of stress often go beyond our physical health, either of which can cause us to lose our self-care and self-esteem.

Stress affects everyone of us in some way, even the most resilient of us. So it seems unfair that we cannot find a way to address the stress that we all feel, let alone how to get rid of it. The good news is that modern technology can help us. The first step to eliminating stress is recognizing the symptoms of it.

Stressing out can cause our body to release a chemical called cortisol. This chemical helps our body’s immune system fight off infections. The more cortisol we take in, the less immune we are. In other words, if you’re stressed out because you’re a senior citizen, you’re not going to be able to fight off an infection. Because we are not immune to stress, we have to learn to be more aware of it. Stress is a sign of weakness.

By noticing when we feel stressed out, we can learn to identify it and help ourselves. When I started to worry about my health, I discovered that a lot of my stress was caused by lack of sleep or lack of exercise. When I used to worry about my appearance, I discovered I was worried about my weight. When I used to worry about my finances, I discovered I was worrying about my bills.

Stressed out is a sign of weakness, so the first thing we need to do is to realize that. What we really need to do is to learn to recognize our own stress and then learn to find ways to reduce our stress. We need to find ways to exercise a little less, eat better, drink less, exercise more, and take care of ourselves. We also need to learn to recognize when we need help and to call on the support of our family and friends.

We’ve been saying for a while now that the most important things to focus on when it comes to money are paying your bills on time, managing your credit score, and paying off your debt. But to really grow your finances, you must also improve your self-awareness. You have to know who you are, what you want in life, and how you feel.

To make this happen, you need to learn to recognize your own feelings of insecurity and shame. It can be tempting to get caught up in what others are doing, but what you don’t realize is that our actions may feel good in the moment, but they can feel very different in the long run. For one thing, you may feel better about yourself, but in the long run it can make a long-term problem worse.

This is a good time to start to practice self-awareness. We all seem to have a sense that we’re not worthy, and that our actions are not good enough. This is because we have a tendency to judge others based on how we would like them to act. Self-awareness is knowing that you are not who you want to be. It’s also realizing that you don’t need to be what people want you to be.
